Joe Sharples 1-1 Coaching offers small group football sessions for young players aged under 7 to under 15. Our mission is to provide a platform for young players to develop their skills, gain confidence, and grow a passion for the game. We aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where every player feels valued and motivated to reach their full potential.

Experience and Expertise
Joe is a UEFA Licence Coach and LCA Member with experience in the Foundation, Youth and Professional Development Phase.
Having held previous positions with West Bromwich Albion, Bristol Rovers and currently First Team Coach & Academy Manager at Chippenham Town FC - one of the most successful Academies in the National League system - Joe has extensive experience spanning over 15 years in developing players, contributing to the development of dozens of players who are now having careers in the game - including a number of players who have progressed from grassroots football into the professional game.
